This is a virus hoax.  Sulfnbk.exe is a Windows file that restores files with 
long names.  Deleting it probably will not hurt your system.  

However, keep in mind that most viruses will not get through any current 
anti-virus software.  And it's always a good idea before you start deleting 
files (unless your computer has already crashed) to go on-line to either 
McAfee or Norton and check both their virus and virus hoax postings....
