Can anyone help me with their own experience or point me towards literature that discusses what are effective class sizes. The levels of ESL I am looking at are beginner, grade levels 0-6 for adults. Also, does anyone have some figures on how much it costs to deliver ESL instruction per student, per class? Thanks in advance. Ms. Gouri Banerjee, working in designing ESL classes in the Lawrence area of Mass. 60 percent Hispanic population.
