Hello all........
Our Health, Safety Environment team has requested my support in developing
training for our Thai employees who, at times, must use English in
emergency response situations. May I respectfully ask whether our
membership could advise me about any resources concerning
English/communications skills training for who must handle
telephone/face-to-face questions from relatives/media after
a company emergency/accident, etc. I am putting together
an intensive course, and am curious about whether this wheel
has already been discovered. Any direction sent to the list or
directly to me would be greatly appreciated.
