Our Health, Safety Environment team has requested my support in developing training for our Thai employees who, at times, must use English in emergency response situations. May I respectfully ask whether our membership could advise me about any resources concerning English/communications skills training for who must handle telephone/face-to-face questions from relatives/media after a company emergency/accident, etc. I am putting together an intensive course, and am curious about whether this wheel has already been discovered. Any direction sent to the list or directly to me would be greatly appreciated. Neal Davis English Language Specialist PTT Exploration & Production Bangkok, Thailand Email: davisn@pttep.com
