I would appreciate any assistance you could provide on programs and developments in teaching citizenship skills to refugee and immigrant adult learners in the workplace. I am interested in what methods are/have been used across the country, what programs have developed for the purpose, and what has been tried but is not effective. If anyone has uncovered any surveys or statistics concerning program effectiveness and rates of success for programs, I would be very grateful.
