Our theme this year is a charge to bring together research and practice for both the benefit of academia and the practical classroom purposes. Papers should explore the complementary perspectives provided by examining both theory and practice. The core goal of the conference is to encourage different language pathways through research and practice and to provide a bridge between researchers and teachers so that we can come together to paint a picture that more closely resembles the realities of the ultimate purpose of research and classroom life. Submission Deadline: Dec. 15, 2003
