I assume you have no textbook. Just a few hints. Start with introductions of
their names and countries. Learn the alphabet, numbers and colors. Bring in
play money and learn the currency. Cut out pictures of clothing, foods,
furniture ,etc. from magazines and build some vocabulary. With these
pictures and money you can "go shopping" and make a conversation. Bring in
the weather report and map from your newspaper and learn terms to talk about
the weather.
You will need to learn the prepositions early on as soon as you have some
vocabulary to work with. My students always enjoyed drilling with the
prepositions.( under the table, in the box, on the floor). Always teach the
noun in a short sentence with it's article. And it's plural form. And then
an adjective to describe.
ex: This is a pencil. This is a yellow pencil. These are pencils. These are
yellow pencils.

You will do a lot of pointing and using real objects. Don't worry, they
won't get bored with your voice..they need to "hear English".. not see
Powerpoint on a screen!
If you have a large enough group, everyone should have a "partner" to work
with. It creates security and builds confidence.. and more fun!
Good luck!
