Hmmmm.

Suppose we just ask ourselves, "Who would I trust to drive MY car?"  And make it personal.  My next door neighbor, not a chance, she is a lousy driver.  My immigrant friend, not a chance, he has never driven around here and his English reading skills are not so hot.  

And so on.....etc.
