WHAT IS THE APPROPRIATE OR CORRECT WAY TO ASSESS A STUDENT FOR READING, WRITING, SPEAKING AND LISTENING WHILE INCLUDING CULTURE? ASSESSING A STUDENT FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY IS HARD ENOUGH, BUT TRYING TO ASSESS THEM ALL TOGETHER SEEMS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE!
