I've been using a program called "Connected Speech" (North American version)
by Protea Textware (www.proteatextware.com.au). It teaches
listening/vocabulary/pronunciation using authentic speech in creative ways
for adults at intermediate levels and higher.

There are also some great (free) offerings on web, see
http://www.joneslibrary.org/esl/adult.html for sites that I recommend.
