He is not interested in professional dissertation preparation companies, but he prefers to work with only an individual. He lives near Silver Spring, MD, and is interested in working with an editor who lives near there or is in the local, metro Washington, area. The editor must be familiar with all phases of experimental design, and have a proven track record of successful preparation and submission of same, with reliable references. This work is scheduled to begin sometime in December. If you know of someone who is local and who might be interested, please have that person contact me at my email address: j-p-sinclair@att.net. Please ask them to include in a brief cover letter their education, work experience, experience with dissertations, references, and hourly rate/fee. We ask that only those editing professionals with specific and extensive experience in APA dissertation and manuscript preparation apply. All responses that are not commercial will be answered..
