Although I am familiar with APA format as well as experimental design, I would harldly consider myself qualified for your request. In addition, I have edited and proofed a number of dissertations on a variety of subjects. The purpose of my email is to offer you some advice: if there really are people in the MD area that meet your specifications, I'm sure they are too busy to work on someone's dissertation.
