Peter,

Talk to them about corporate social responsibility (CSR). I recently wrote
a paper on this for a class of mine and specifically talk about the benefits
to the company as well as the employees when a philosophy of lifelong
learning is adopted.

Who is the company. Let me know id there is anyway that I can help.

To the Group,

I need a little help.

I am going to have a meeting with managers at one of the companies I teach
at. They don't think the ESL program benefits the company, although there
are people who can see the students making progress.

If anyone has information on how ESL programs benefit companies, their
bottom line, productivity, etc. I would be grateful for the assistance.
