I currently teach ESL. I would like to obtain a formal certificate in TEFL. How do I go about obtaining one? Is there a particular school that anyone recommends? Is classroom training better than online training? I have heard of a number of certificates like TEFL, TESL, and CELTA, which one is better? Thanks a lot.
