My name is Rolita Ezeonu. I am a Seattle University doctoral student and am asking for your help with filling in the gaps to my disseration literature review. My dissertation research is focused on the academic and interpersonal development of immigrant students in the community college. Basically, the literature review is divided into two main sections (immigrant students in higher education and Rendon's validation theory-my conceptual framework for the study). I would like your insights to guiding me to more research that focuses in on immigrant students in the community college specifically in college level classes. Even more specifically, I would like to find more research/studies that deal with the success rates and/or developmental progression (academic and interpersonal) of the immigrant students in college level classes. Please e-mail me at ezeonur@seattleu.edu with your insights. I would truly appreciate your help. Aloha, Rolita Ezeonu Seattle University Educational Leadership doctoral student Anticipated date of graduation June 2006
