 The New England Literacy Resource Center has just published the second 
issue of the Change Agent newspaper.  The Nov. l995 issue is titled Focus 
on Economic Literacy and Justice Issues. It is designed to be used as a 
resource for classroom teachers with background information and exercises 
that can be used immediately in the classroom.  Some of the articles are 
Welfare vs. Wealthfare, Are Taxes Fair?, How Would You Spend The Federal 
Tax Dollars, What Is Happening to Jobs in the United States? No Money 
Under the Mattress: The Injustice of Welfare Reform and Income 
Distribution: Growing Inequality.
