They are in the preliminary stages, I believe, however, you may want to contact the coordinators. Neither have email. Delaware County Even Start coordinator is Christine Zeigler Gillespie at 610-565-4880 and the York Even Start coordinator is Hayleen Carlini at 717-849-1414.
