Hi Arlene, I have been intending to call you much soonner but when I saw your
message, I was pleased to see that  you were still working hard on the same
issues we discussed in December. 
 The best state  legislation is Arizona but there are other states that
referince family literacy.  If you are looking at model projects, I think you
have a good opportunity in Mass. to development it.

Your report is close to completion.  We worked on another draft last Thurday.
 Let me know if I can give you more specifics.
