I host a web projects web page in cooperation with OTAN (Outreach Technical Assistance network) and the Staff Development Institute in California. Web projects (formally known as E-Mail Projects) are collaborative project based projects that encourage data input from various schools worldwide. On the page are current projects (annotated booklist) Pizza Project, Two data collection projects and a worldwide cookbook project. I am open to starting more projects and would be more than willing to work with anyone on the list with a project idea. I am looking towards gearing more towards parent/child projects in the future. So anyone involved in family literacy programs....I would be very interested in seeing some of your ideas. After projects are finished they are archived in the completed projects section and results of the projects are posted either with the project or in the student story section. There is also an extensive resource library updated regularly with sites of interest to adult learners and teachers. I am looking forward to having each and everyone of you visiting my site to give me input and ideas. http://www.otan.dni.us/webfarm/emailproject/email.htm Susan Gaer sgaer@otan.dni.us or susang2@aol.com
