In reading the discussion about the existance or not, as the case is, a
third round of Even Start funding, I was wondering if any state
coordinators have any statistics on how many of their programs have been
"institutionalized" after their eight years of funding.

I know in Illinois this is an area of concern both in the programs and
the funding agency.
