I spent a couple of hours tonite doing the surfing thing.  OOPS!  Nothing to
speak of at ERIC, DHHS, Dept of ED, etc.

Am I missing the obvious?  Where does the funding go?

Janet Anderson had some excellent points that go beyond the basics of
health, growth and development, food, discipline, etc.

Sorry for the quick response---I have mouth wide open and foot well
inserted!!
