One of the suggestions that we have is to contact sociology departments,
social work divisions, or other related departments on community colleges,
four year colleges or universities. Some of the Even Start programs in
southern Pennsylvania have been able to work with really knowledgable
evaluators from their local colleges. Perhaps even Master's or PhD
candidates might be referred by these departments if the programs are in
keeping with areas of their thesis research or studies. A second
suggestion is that contacting like programs in your area you might get
referrals of evaluators they are well pleased with.
