At first I read your posting as a checklist of learners' skills and knowledge, but now I'm thinking you are referring to a list of the needs and assets of the community of providers of Fam Lit (FLIT) programming. We've been providing FLIT services in Somerville (metro Boston) for a number of years. If you clarify for which group the checklist is meant, I may have some ideas to contribute. Thanks, Betty Stone SCALE (Somerville Center for Adult Learning Experiences)
