Hi!  Thank you all for your wonderful wealth of suggestions!  I don't know
where to begin!  I, too, feel that there is a lot more to trying to change
habits than just giving factual information about nutrition.  I know that I
have to get at the heart of why they make the choices they do.  I also know
that this is going to be a challenging topic and I have a lot to plan and
think about before I am ready to try it.  I hope it will be beneficial to
the parents and children of the Blue Gargoyle!

Thank you all again.  And to those of you who replied to me personally,
thank you too!  Your ideas were very valuable, you should consider posting
them to the group.  It seems to be a topic that draws much interest.
