But, generally, it is quite easy to remove yourself from any of the NIFL sponsored lists. The easiest way to unsubscribe is to do this: Go on line to http://www.nifl.gov/lincs/discussions/nifl-family/family_literacy.html and click on the button on the left side that says "unsubscribe." These instructions appear on the list about once a month, so perhaps you may want to save this message for the future as well.
