I apologize up front for sending this message to the whole list, but every
time I send a message directly to Lisa, it bounces back to me. Thus, I
resort to using the list. However, it is time to remind everyone how to
subscribe and unsubscribe to any of the NIFL-sponsored lists.
To unsubscribe OR subscribe, go to http://www.nifl.gov/lincs/discussions/.
You will notice on the left-hand side of the list, there is a menu of
options, and two of those choices are "subscribe" and "unsubscribe." Click
on whichever one is your choice, and you may subscribe/unsubscribe to as
many of the NIFL-sponsored lists as you please.

Here is a problem that continues to "pop-up." Many of you have changed
e-mail addresses since you subscribed, and (remember, I am not a computer
wizard here, so the terminology may be really way off!) somehow your server
forwards all messages to your new address without you even knowing a "change
of address" happened. Problem is, neither do the listservs know that your
address has changed. Therefore, when you try to unsubscribe using your
current e-mail address, the NIFL server-in-the-sky does not recognize it.
THEN, you need to e-mail me directly at nsledd@famlit.org (no need to muddy
up the messages on the listserv) and I will then contact the folk/s in
Washington DC to manually go in there and do a search for something that
looks like what may have been your former e-mail address.

SO, please, be patient with our human frailties as we try to comprehend the
complexity of this computer stuff. (How's that for translation of computer
terminology?) Anytime you are experiencing problems with your e-mail from
this listserv, please, just let me know.

Nancy,

I have tried now several times to unsubscribe from this listserv. How do I
do it?

Lisa
