Largest  Cities - State level data and indicators for 50 largest 
cities on specific measures of a healthy and promising start to life 
show some improvement in big cities even though urban America 
continues to lag behind national averages, according to two new 
reports on states and cities released by Child Trends and KIDS COUNT.
