Financial Aid for Lifelong Learning (224) identifies types of financial aid available to adults and lists resources you can use to help finance your lifelong learning endeavors. Leadership Development in Career and technical Education (225) reviews the literature on leadership development in CTE and in other areas to describe how leadership development in CTE is evolving to prepare leaders for the future. Career Development of Free Agent Workers (228) begins by defining free agent workers and then looks at the congruence between the rise of free agent workers and changing ideas about careers and career development. A concluding section identifies strategies that free agent workers are using to meet their career development needs.
