This year's Conference theme is "Moving Literacy to the Mainstream," a conscious reflection of the NLSI. Dr. Andrew Hartman, Director of the National Institute for Literacy, will be the keynote speaker on Thursday, October 25. A key part of the Conference is the Literacy Forum.
