Most of her messages are send with MIME encoding.  They are grouped together
by her email software with little labels that describe the contents.  Some
email packages do not properly interpret the MIME headers and discard the
contents.  I don't know what package you and the others are using but you
might check to see if the MIME header option is disabled.
