I guess I opened a small floodgate with my message about putting files into a
pdf format for easy download on the net. However, if I am going to talk the
talk, I better walk the walk.
If you have files you wish to have converted into the pdf format for ease of
use, email them to me and I will send you a converted file in pdf format. You
will have to do the proofreading yourself to ensure it looks the way you want
it to look, but pdf files are so much easier to use on the Internet or to
share between users, computers, and platforms because the formatting and
graphics are preserved. The files are easily emailed or posted on a web page,
too, and the Acrobat reader is free.
If it gets to be too much, I'll let you know.
PS: I am collecting family literacy curricula to share with programs here in
El Paso.
