Commercial products are too glossy and clean, so that the nature of the environment and people the materials are meant for is lost. Hopefully we can get around the commercial issues by using authentic materials from programs like yours and others that have responded to these questions. What do the rest of you all think? Easily adaptable to the families your program is working with. If the materials are too narrow in focus then likely they are more activities and lessons plans. In our discussions and sharing of curricula, how do we avoid the commercial issues? And yet it appears from the amount of responses in recent weeks, the interest is there.
