The National Center for Family Literacy and Penn State’s Goodling Institute for Research in Family Literacy are cooperating in the development of a 15-credit Certificate in Family Literacy to be delivered online through the Penn State World Campus. (The Certificate will be issued by Penn State’s College of Education; the credits should be transferable into a graduate degree program.)
