I am not totally sure about the 'Youngsters' and have no contact information but perhaps something at the National Even Start Association's Web Site http://www.evenstart.org/ could help as well as the Federal Even Start Site http://www.ed.gov/offices/OESE/CEP/evenstrtquick.html.
