Catherine, I don't have any great advice for you, but have a question or comment from you. I am a coordinator for our Early Childhood Family Education Program and also a Reading Recovery Teacher in Minnesota. A colleague and I are trying to find
some professional development dollars to come to New Zealand to an International Reading Recovery Conference in July of 2004. We have a couple of principals that would also be willing to let us do some hands on experiences in their schools
possibly. Do you have any ideas for us as to how we might accomplish our goal of attending this conference? Do you have any other suggestions/contacts?
