Poverty, Racism, and Literacy by Mary Ann Corley explores the poverty-racism-literacy connection, specifically as it relates to adult literacy, the imperative for culturally relevant practices, and the development of critical literacy. It has already been distributed to subscribers to the ERICACVE listserv (http://ericacve.org/listserv.asp) and is available in paper, PDF, and as an e-mail message. It will be on the ERIC/ACVE website within the week. Please send you requests to ericacve@osu.edu and indicate the format you prefer. If you would like paper, be sure to include your mailing address. Again, send your requests to ericacve@osu.edu Thanks.
