Gail, Andrea and others,

Please visit the Correctional Education Association's web site at
http://www.ceanational.org and follow the links to the three state
recidivism study. This work examined the demographics of inmates in Ohio,
Maryland, and Minnesota. It is the single largest research study ever
conducted on an inmate population and features a wealth of data.
