Hello All,
If you haven't visited the Family Literacy Special Collection recently, you
might want to take a look at some new features. The opening page has links
to important information about family literacy - what it is, why its
important, and what the benefits are.
http://literacy.kent.edu/Midwest/FamilyLit/
The parent education page has been reorganized. Let me know if this makes it
easier to find resources.
http://literacy.kent.edu/Midwest/FamilyLit/pract_parented.html
And the research page has been expanded (thanks to the hard work of my
colleagues) with definitions of research and research based resources.

I would really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to fill out the
on-line feedback form. I want your comments and suggestions. The more you
tell me, the more useful this collection will be.
Huge thanks,

Dianna Baycich

In a time of drastic change it is the learners who inherit the future. The
learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer
exists. -Eric Hoffer, philosopher and author (1902-1983)
