I just read an article about a new book entitled "The 10 Lenses: Your Guide
to Living & Working in a Multicultural World" by Mark A. Williams. Williams
uses 10 categories to describe people's views about diversity in the
workplace. Here's some more info at the Barnes and Noble web site:

http://shop.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?userid=0FRFRAWFFB&mscssid=BBV8CNWQ581S8L5KRNNSQDQA2G4SFLFE&isbn=1892123592

Sounds like an interesting book. Has anybody here read it or heard anything
else about it?

Lorraine
