Focus on Basics Volume 6B will be on "isms" in adult basic education:
racism, classism, sexism, homophobia, etc.

While we have some great articles in the works, we're still looking for
articles on how individuals, programs, or state systems deal with issues
raised by these biases. We're particularly interested in stories that
focus on dealing with homophobia. If you would like to write an article
on this topic, contact me directly at barbara_garner@worlded.org.
Thanks!
