I've been hearing rumors about the growing number of youth in ABE
programs. I'm planning to do an issue of Focus on Basics on the
phenomenon and successful strategies for handling youth and adults in
one program.

Two questions:
1) Has the number of youth (16-24) as a percentage of your enrollment
increased in the past two years? By how much?

2) How are you handling it?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Barb Garner
