My oh my, indeed!
I'm fairly new to this, but I do feel as if I am helping people turn their lives around. I have a certain built in empathy with my students, as I returned to school after a 20 year absence. I The problem exists that I am under certain constraints. The choice is to operate under the parameters set forth, or seek to be employed not in this vain. So I thought this would be a place that others, going through the same frustration, may share their experience with me. I am isolated from other centers and could use the feedback. Opinions such as yours are highly appreciated.
