The goal of the Program Leadership and Improvement Special Collection is to provide access to quality online resources for adult basic and literacy education leaders to improve program services and outcomes. Leaders include program directors or managers, researchers, policy makers, learners, funders, professional development staff, state adult education directors and staff, board members, and adult education teachers. The web site is a work in process and we are still making regular revisions in both the look and organization of the site. Please take a look at it if you get the chance.
