My two questions for Anne Fadiman are:

1) Is the girl still alive and living in Merced?
1) Does Anne maintain communication with MCMC in Merced to know what they are
doing now if anything to better facilitate communication with Hmong families who
seek medical care there- or who don't seek care, but are out there in the
community (and I mean more than having interpreters on staff. They already had
that from what I gather reading the book)?

Thanks for arranging that Helen.
