Thanks so much for all the ideas that list members have been sending publicly
and privately (mostly the former, appropriately) for interactive games I
might be able to adapt to use with a group of seniors during Heart Health
month. Keep 'em comin', if you have any suggestions that haven't already
been posted. I'm sure I'm not the only one finding this interesting and
helpful, and any ideas I don't use right now, I'm going to save and will
probably use at some future time.

I have an additional question: Any thoughts about the construction of a game
for use with a group, in the front of a room? I'm wondering about size of
the letters/numbers, although the questions themselves will probably be
written on a card that I'll have in my hand to read aloud. I guess what will
be on the "board" will just be the game title, and identifying titles or
numbers on the doors or squares, depending on whether I do Jeopardy, bingo,
or something else. I'm thinking aloud, here..... (being an ENFP... :)
Those of you who've done this, is poster board too flimsy for such a thing?
I'm thinking of all the practical angles to this now.....how to do it, how
much it will cost to make it, whether I want it to last in perpetuity, etc.!
This *is* rural health outreach, so as you can imagine, there's very little
money for such things, and I often have to lay out my own funds, and then
wait a very long time to be reimbursed! So I'm wondering how to construct
something that may last awhile, but not be too expensive..... Any thoughts
about this greatly appreciated!

THANKS again!
Donna
