Hello. My name is Beth and I live in the Los Angeles area. I am interested in
volunteering my time in the area of health literacy. I am a writer who has
worked with some health care companies to create plain English materials.

I am thinking that there must be some community-based organizations who would
welcome "an extra pair of hands" in the area of developing educational
materials. How can I go about identifying which organizations might be
interested in my skills?

Thanks,
Beth Glavosek
