Go to: www.une.edu/hlit for information about all aspects of the workshop. The site is not secure, so you can't actually register on line, but you can print out the registration form and fax it back. There will be 2 levels of the course, Write It Easy to Read, the basic course offered June 4 - 7 and the next level course offered June 8 -10. You'll notice that two colleagues from this listserv, Audrey Riffenburgh and Janet Ohene-Frempong, will be Institute co-trainers. The workshops are offered here on our university campus (on the Southern Maine coast) and accommodations are provided at off-season rates at the Nonantum Hotel in Kennebunkport. This is a great way for professionals to build new skills in plain English writing and communication. And, you'll also have fun and meet great people from around the country.
