This past week I did a health literacy workshop at a local hospital.
Following the presentation I was asked for more information on two subjects:

1. pharmacy references - the hospital pharmacists would like to know if
there is some info directed specifically at pharmacists

2. patient satisfaction surveys - someone from the marketing department
wanted to know if there was a plain language survey that had been validated
that might be available.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.
