Some years ago Horizon Video Productions put out a tape on behalf of the North
Carolina Pharmaceutical Association entitled "Counseling the Low-Literate
Patient." My recollection is that it was mostly about the use of pictograms
etc.
I do not know whether it has been updated in the interim.
