I'd love to have a hard copy.  We struggle with these issues in an area
where we have 2 small colleges and about 68% of our adult population at
level 1 or 2 on the NALS.  We seem to have two distinct groups . . .those
who take unlimited computer access for granted and those who have no idea
what it is.  Our children suffer as a result.
