Thanks for the encouragement, Audrey, but the comment about our senator's 
"political baggage" is an important one that crossed my mind as well (it's 
Strom Thurmond).  It's the efficiency of his staff that is legendary.  Is 
there any other volunteer out there willing to take it to a member of 
Congress?  Do ya'll think it really matters who proposes it or not?
